This collection is a heartfelt tribute to the flavors that shaped my childhood,each bonbon is handmade with love, tradition, and a touch of nostalgia.
✨ Arequipe – A luscious caramelized white chocolate bonbon inspired by the traditional Colombian confection made by slowly heating sweet milk. This treat brings back warm memories of my mother and grandmother on my dad’s side, who would make and sell Arequipe to earn extra income.
🍇 Mixed Berries – A delightful combination of raspberry compote and blackberry ganache, encased in silky 36.5% Colombian white chocolate. This bonbon is a sweet reminder of the fresh blackberry juices my grandmother would lovingly prepare to accompany our lunches.
🌽 Corn & Caramel – A bold and unique blend of roasted corn praline and creamy caramel, enveloped in 60% Colombian dark chocolate. Inspired by Kikos, the crunchy roasted corn snack I discovered after moving to Barcelona,an instant favorite that brings back fond memories.
